As we enter our peak season, we want to ensure that all our clients receive the best possible service and that appointments are honoured. For appointments between the 15th of December 2024 to 28th of February 2025, we require a deposit of RM200 when scheduling your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final service payment.

Please note, if you need to cancel or reschedule, refunds will be provided for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment. Unfortunately, deposits for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time or no-shows will be non-refundable. Appointment slots will only be confirmed once we receive your deposit.
